I'm getting over 150 ping on the servers listed at the Blackmonkeys site and you get kicked for low ping.

Maybe you've already seen this, but I found a site that allows you to search for servers.  When I set my search range for CoD4 servers within 250km (155 miles) I found servers running the mp_tatooine at around 32ms ping.  Handy for tracking these down and then you can add them as favs in xfire or directly into CoD.
